Using our Schedule Service Online page, if you’re a returning customer, you can log in with your phone number, email, confirmation code, or VIN to pull up your vehicle’s service history. If you're new, you can choose “I’m a new customer,” then enter your vehicle details manually to begin the scheduling process.
The system walks you through selecting your vehicle, choosing the type of service needed, picking an appointment date and time, and confirming your contact details. Once submitted, the dealership follows up with confirmation.
